Reporting a bug
Include the org name, the repo (if repo-specific), what you expected, what happened instead, and a timestamp — the Activity page in your dashboard often shows the failing job and its reason, which helps a lot.
Security issues
Report vulnerabilities privately to the same address with SECURITY in the
subject line. Please don’t open public issues for security reports. We’ll
acknowledge within one business day.
