Our Service facilitates the creation and management of software development artifacts, including code, documentation, and release information ("User Content"). You retain all rights and ownership to your User Content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share your User Content through our Service, and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. We do not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or our users.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your User Content may be accessed and processed by our systems and subcontractors for the purposes described in these Terms. We will handle your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hekkos and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hekkos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
